This should be a widget for your android if you have any devices Bluetooth.
It adds a Bluetooth icon on your home screen , and by simply clicking on it, it will show you a list of paired devices , and you can just click and connect to bluetooth devices. No need to go to the settings screen , turn Bluetooth on and connected to the device .
